A 23-year-old man was charged with aggravated battery after he bit an officer in west suburban Montgomery.

Donovan Reddoch, of the 0-100 block of Fernwood Road in Montgomery, was charged with two counts of aggravated battery to a police officer, according to a statement from Montgomery Police.

At 7:55 p.m. Dec. 15, Reddoch was arrested for driving under the influence after police responded to a call of a vehicle “all over the roadway.” Reddoch was taken to the police station, where he became combative and bit one of the officers, according to the statement.
