A 23-year-old man was shot in the leg Tuesday evening in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood on the South Side.

The shooting happened at 8:30 p.m. in the 1900 block of West 77th, according to preliminary information from Chicago Police.

The shooter was riding a bike when he shot at the man, police said.

He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in good condition, police said.
