A southwest suburban man died Thursday, two weeks after he was injured in a motorcycle crash on a Stevenson Expressway ramp near west suburban Burr Ridge.

Illinois State Police responded about 7:30 p.m. May 13 to the crash on the ramp from northbound I-55 to the northbound Tri-State Tollway (I-294), Trooper David Roman said.

They found the driver of the motorcycle unresponsive, and emergency crews took him to a hospital in critical condition, Roman said.

Boyan Tsvetkovski, 25, of the 4200 block of Anthony Lane in Plainfield, died Thursday morning at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash, Roman said.
