Blackhawks forward Marko Dano, who was acquired from Columbus in the Brandon Saad deal, skated with Chicago’s top line at practice on Friday.

OK, then.
The 20-year-old winger has one goal in five NHL games this season. He had previously been skating on the Blackhawks’ third line, with youngsters Tanner Kero and Teuvo Teravainen.
Now Dano will have the opportunity to skate along side two of the world’s best players – Jonathan Toews and Marian Hossa – in a spot that previously belonged to Andrew Shaw.
Shaw has struggled this year, having tallied only four points in 16 games.

The lineup shuffling comes a night after the Blackhawks lost for the fifth time in seven games. They’ll take on the Blues Saturday in St. Louis.
