Joliet Catholic(6-0) and Nazareth(5-1), two of the top teams in Chicagoland, finally meet Oct. 9  in what is sure to be one of the most intense games of the entire football season. Both teams are stacked with serious talent. The Hilltoppers (#7) have Bill Rotnicki (free safety) who will present himself as a major headache to the opposing defense and offense. But let’s not forget about Tyler Witt. Witt is a  top-tier defensive tackle who will bring needed strength to this exciting matchup. Then there is Michael Johnson Jr., the unstoppable RB and perhaps their not-so-secret weapon.

The Roadrunners (#10) will be utilizing Notre Dame commit, Julian Love. This wide reciever is no joke with his insane ability to catch anything.  Naz is also coming locked and loaded with their super quick RB, Ivory Kelly-Martin and heavy-hitting Matt Prendergrast.

Despite the fact that the Hilltoppers are playing better than ever this season, Nazareth aims to shake up the conference  by bringing home the win  Friday. Yes, this will be quite the challenge. And it’s important to note, with only two games remaining in the season, Nazareth must seek a win for a chance at another state champion run. JC, on the other hand, looks to remain perfect this season and with a win this weekend, it could secure them a top spot within the conference. With plenty on the line for both teams, make sure to have this game jotted on your calendar and tune in live.

Key Players to watch:
