Two men were shot in the Fuller Park neighborhood on the South Side Friday afternoon.

The shooting happened about 2 p.m. in the 4100 block of South Princeton, police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala said.

One man, 24, was shot in the leg, while another man, also 24, was shot in the back, police said. Both took themselves to Provident Hospital of Cook County, where their conditions have stabilized.

Both men are documented gang members, a police source said.
