Man shot in Bronzeville

A man was shot in the South Side Bronzeville neighborhood Friday night.

The 21-year-old was shot in the hip, leg and buttocks about 10:45 p.m. in the 700 block of East 38th Place, police News Affairs Officer Ron Gaines said, citing preliminary information.

He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where his condition was stabilized.
