A man was shot Sunday in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The 23-year-old was outside in the 0-100 block of North Albany at 3:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored four-door car and shot him in the leg, arm and chest, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
