Two men were shot Sunday night in the Washington Park neighborhood on the South Side.

About 9:45 p.m., the men, ages 21 and 32, were in a Toyota Camry stopped at a red light in the 5500 block of South Indiana when an armed male wearing white clothing walked up and opened fire, according to Chicago Police.

The 21-year-old was shot in the left arm and chest and taken to Stroger Hospital, police said. The older man was shot in the back and taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Both of their conditions were stabilized.
