A 17-year-old boy was shot in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side Tuesday evening.

The boy was in the 1400 block of South Pulaski about 5:20 p.m. when he was shot in the foot and leg, according to police.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital where his condition stabilized, police said.

Additional details were not available Tuesday night.
