Man grazed in Cragin shooting

A man was grazed by a bullet Monday night in the Cragin neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

The 21-year-old was in the 5400 block of West Wellington about 9:20 p.m. when he suffered a graze wound to the hip, according to Chicago Police.

He took himself to Community First Medical Center, where he was listed in good condition, police said.

A police source said the man is a documented gang member.
