A 25-year-old man was shot in the West Garfield Park neighborhood Tuesday afternoon.

The shooting happened about 2:15 p.m. in the 0-100 block of South Pulaski, according to Chicago Police.

The man was shot in the abdomen and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.

Additional details were not immediately available.
