Eileen Radasevich nominated her husband Rudy, who stops on his way home from the train in Naperville to try to catch a few fish in the DuPage River in town, for FOTW.

“Here is a picture of Rudy and a big smallie – and yes, he is in a suit and tie!,’’ his proud wife emailed.
