Three shot in Englewood

A woman and two men were shot Friday evening in the South Side Englewood neighborhood.

The three were in front of a residence in the 6000 block of South Carpenter about 7:38 p.m. when a vehicle drove by and someone inside fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

The 37-year-old woman was shot in the leg and arm and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where her condition was stabilized, police said. The 21-year-old man was shot in the side and took himself to Holy Cross Hospital, and the 25-year-old man was shot in the arm and took himself to St. Bernard Hospital. Both of their conditions were stabilized.
