A 15-year-old boy was wounded in a drive-by shooting Thursday in Lawndale on the West Side.

The teenager, shot in the back around 5:45 p.m. Thursday in the 1300 block of South Talman Avenue, was able on his own to get to Mount Sinai Medical Center, where he was being treated, the police said.
