1 shot on South Side

A 27-year-old man was shot in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood Sunday morning on the South Side.

Just after 10 a.m., he was standing on a corner in the 800 block of West 76th Street when a vehicle pulled up and someone inside it shot him in the shoulder, according to Chicago Police.

The man was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition.

Police said the shooting likely was gang-related.
