Man shot in Lawndale

A man was shot Saturday night in the Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side.

The 27-year-old was shot in the abdomen about 8:45 p.m. in the 3800 block of West Roosevelt, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken in serious condition to Stroger Hospital, police said, adding that the man was not cooperating with investigators.
