A man suffered a graze wound in a shooting Monday afternoon in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The shooting happened in the 12400 block of South Yale at 1:23 p.m., according to preliminary information from Chicago Police.

The victim, whose age wasn’t immediately available, suffered a graze wound to the head and was in good condition at the scene, police said.
