A woman was shot Tuesday night in the Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The 31-year-old was sitting in a vehicle about 10:05 p.m. in the first block of West 110th Place when more than one male dressed in dark clothing walked out of a gangway nearby and fired shots, striking her in the right shoulder, according to Chicago Police. The shooters then ran away.

She was taken in good condition to Roseland Community Hospital, police said.
