SAY WHAT? What will Donald Trump say as he accepts the nomination? So far, convention-goers have heard generalities from the Republican nominee, who offered a short introduction before his wife Melania took the stage Monday, and appeared via a video from New York on Tuesday. Illinois delegates say Trump’s speech will be the pinnacle of the convention. And some — looking at you, House Minority Leader Jim Durkin — say Trump must make a powerful speech to win their support.

DOTH PROTEST TOO MUCH? A heated moment on Wednesday in which protesters tried to burn an American flag may foreshadow more heated protests on Day Four of the convention when Donald Trump officially takes the stage. Protesters have been gathering in Public Square, several blocks away from the Quicken Loans Arena where the Republican National Convention is taking place. But many also plan to gather just outside the security perimeter, site of the flag burning incident.

THE IVANKA FACTOR: Ivanka Trump will introduce her father before he accepts the nomination. The mother of three and leader at the Trump Organization is also charged with winning over women voters who may not have been impressed with Melania or Tiffany Trump’s speeches.
