A woman with Alzheimer’s disease was reported missing Wednesday from the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side.

Wanda Moore, 79, was reported missing from the 5200 block of South Green and possibly confused, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Moore was described as black, 5-feet-five, 135 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing peach and orange short sleeve shirts and black pants.
