Eighteen people were displaced by a fire Wednesday in the Heart of Chicago neighborhood on the South Side.

The three-alarm fire was reported Wednesday afternoon in the 2000 block of West 21st Place, according to the Chicago Fire Department. No injuries were reported and the fire was reported to be under control about 5:40 p.m.
