Ivanka tell ya . . .The ladies’ room . . .

Ivanka.

Melania.

The Trump women.

It was quite an entrance.

A one-two punch of Trump doyennes joining the man who wants to “Make America Great Again,” Donald J. Trump, at the Republican National Convention on Thursday night.

For Melania, it was probably an uncomfortable return to a bad memory, the place where her convention speech became a cribbing sensation Monday. Sneed is told the Trump family feels the story is now old business.

Melania, who was greeted with applause, chose to sit in the audience with son, Barron.

For Ivanka, it was a chance to soften the image of her bark-and-bite father.

It was expected she’d steal the show.

And she did.

Calm and composed and dressed in a pastel pink sleeveless dress, she did not appear “terrified,” a worry she had expressed earlier in the day.

She did not trip en route to the podium, which she had also feared.

Ivanka explained how her father tore out newspaper stories of people in need and found them — in order to find them a job or give them a break.

Described as her father’s most influential adviser, she is “calm and cool and always prepared,” a source who knows her said.

A businesswoman, the mother of three young children, she went through an entire pregnancy working on her father’s campaign.

She’s also married to New York City publisher Jared Kushner, who, Sneed is told personally vetted his wife’s speech so there would be no “Melania” glitch.

She stole the limelight.

And she knew it.

And when her speech was over, her father whispered: “Good job, sweetheart,” and gave her a kiss and a pat.

The ring thing . . .

Boxing promoter Don King was holding court at the RNC and gave Sneed an earful.

King, who was invited by Trump to speak at the convention — and then dumped by RNC chairman Reince Priebus because he had a criminal history — told Sneed:

“He [Priebus] didn’t have the decency to tell me to my face, they just sent me a note,” King, decked out in spangles and stars, said.

“The Republican Party said an ex-convict can’t speak!

“But I’m OK. I have great respect for Donald Trump. So I’m here. Why? Because it is time for America to rise up and fulfill its promise. Now is the time.

“Donald Trump is for the people. He can’t be coerced and intimidated. He’s not a Republican. He’s his own party. He’s a force of nature!”

“And Cleveland is my hometown, so I’m here to tell it like it is,” the boxing promoter who is known for arranging the 1974 “Rumble in the Jungle” match between Muhammad Ali and George Foreman said.

Cruz control . . .

Bye. Bye.

When Sneed asked former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani about Sen. Ted Cruz breaking his pledge to endorse Trump, he said.

“Look, he broke his word. Your word is your bond. A career breaker. Period. The man will never, ever be a Republican candidate again. Period.”

Cruz control II . . .

Cruz, who denied Trump an endorsement because he was “not in the habit of supporting people who attack my wife and father” — actually invited his uber religious father to come with him to the convention. For support.

Thwack attack . . .

Here we go again.

Giuliani is calling Chicago a shooting gallery.

“The children in Chicago where he [President Barack Obama] comes from go into a school system where they are lucky if they get home without being shot,” he told an Arkansas delegation breakfast in Cleveland Thursday.

“They are shooting people in Chicago like it’s a shooting gallery.

“You convict police,” he later said.“You need to tell all police officers you have their back. You need to train your police to prevent crime.”

The Trumpster peck . . .

Trump, who is a bit of a germaphobe when it comes to handshaking, prefers the air kiss.

It even startled his veepmate Michael Pence when he got a Trump peck on the cheek on the convention podium Wednesday night.

Trumpet ’em . . .

Sean Spicer, a Trump spokesman, claims Cleveland has been so hospitable, it’s like they “wanted the convention more than a Cavs win!”

Ka-ching!

It’s no secret Trump has had trouble raising major money from big-bucks Republican donors.

Sneed cornered House leader Jim Durkin — who is still furious with Trump for defaming Vietnam War hero John McCain — who was in Cleveland raising major moolah.

But it was not for Trump.

“I’m raising money for the Illinois legislative races, not for Trump,” he said. “It’s still a wait-and-see if I vote for him.”
