Two people were shot Wednesday night in the Gage Park neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

A 19-year-old man and 16-year-old boy were on the street in the 5200 block of South Albany about 7:55 p.m. when a vehicle drove by and someone inside fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

The man was shot in the abdomen and the teen was shot in the shoulder, police said. Both were taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition.

Police said both victims are documented gang members.
