Woman shot in Englewood

A woman was shot in the Englewood neighborhood Monday night.The 32-year-old was in a vehicle with two other people in the 6600 block of South Parnell shortly before 9 p.m. when two people walked up and shot her in the left side of her abdomen, police said.She was taken to Stroger Hospital, where her condition stabilized, police said.
