A man was shot in both legs early Sunday in the West Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The 38-year-old told investigators he was shot about 12:35 a.m. in the 4100 block of West Maypole, according to Chicago Police.

He walked into Stroger Hospital with gunshot wounds to both legs, police said. Additional information was not immediately available.
