Two men were wounded in a shooting Sunday evening in the Bronzeville neighborhood on the South Side.

They were driving at 5:34 p.m. in the 600 block of East Pershing Road when another vehicle approached and someone inside began shooting, according to Chicago Police.

A 22-year-old man was shot in the head and taken in critical condition to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, police said. A 20-year-old was shot in the neck and taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in serious condition.

Police said the 20-year-old is a documented gang member.
