Man shot in Pullman

A 33-year-old man was shot Monday afternoon in the Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side.

Shortly after 1 p.m., he was walking through a gangway in the 9800 block of South Ingleside when someone got out of a red van in the alley and opened fire, according to Chicago Police

The man was shot in the left hip and right calf. He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
