3 shot in East Garfield Park

Three people were shot early Tuesday in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The group was standing outside at 2:31 a.m. in the 3300 block of West Ohio Street when a gold Chrysler pulled up and someone inside opened fire, according to Chicago Police.

A 24-year-old woman suffered a graze wound to the back and was taken in good condition to Stroger Hospital, police said. A 34-year-old man was shot in the abdomen and head and taken in serious condition to Stroger. A 36-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen and was taken in serious condition to Mount Sinai Hospital.

Police said the shooting appears to be gang-related.
