A 36-year-old man was shot in the leg early Friday in the Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The man was standing on the 0-100 block of East 104th Street at 2:49 a.m. when a suspect walked up to him and fired shots. He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where he was in good condition, according to Chicago Police.

Area South detectives are investigating.
