Man shot in Rogers Park

A 24-year-old man was shot in the Rogers Park neighborhood on the North Side.

The man was standing in the 6900 block of North Sheridan about 5 a.m. when a suspect in a white car fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

The victim was shot in the right shoulder and taken to Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston where his condition was stabilized, police said.

Area North detectives are investigating.
