A man was shot as he drove through the Logan Square neighborhood on the Northwest Side early Saturday.

The 23-year-old was driving in the 3400 block of West Fullerton about 2:06 a.m. when he heard gunfire and felt pain, police said.

He suffered a graze wound to his head and took himself to Norwegian American Hospital, police said. He was later transferred to Stroger Hospital, where his condition stabilized.
