A fiery crash around 3 p.m. Saturday at Columbus Drive and Balbo Drive near Grant Park sent one person to the hospital, according to the Chicago Fire Department.
The driver, who was being treated at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, was pinned in, but rescue workers got there and got the driver out before the vehicle caught fire, fire department officials said.
