Man shot in North Lawndale

A man was shot Sunday morning in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side.

Someone called 911 to report a person shot in the 1500 block of South St. Louis about 6:15 a.m., according to Chicago Police.

A man, whose age wasn’t immediately available, was shot in the left leg and groin and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition, police said.
