Man shot in Belmont Cragin

A man was shot Tuesday in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

The 21-year-old was shot in the abdomen at 5:08 p.m. in the 2800 block of North Austin, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
