Man shot in Austin

A man was shot in the Austin neighborhood on the West Side late Friday.

The 28-year-old was outside in the 4600 block of West Gladys about 11:56 p.m. when he heard gunfire and felt pain, police said.

He was listed in good condition at Mount Sinai Hospital with a gunshot wound to his foot, police said.
