A woman was shot in the Rogers Park neighborhood on the North Side Saturday evening.

The 27-year-old was engaged in an argument with her boyfriend when he shot her in the left arm about 11:45 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Jonquil Terrace, according to Chicago Police.

The boyfriend, whose age was unknown Sunday morning, was not in custody, police said.

The woman was taken to Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, where her condition was stabilized, police said.
