Three people were wounded in a Marquette Park neighborhood drive-by shooting Thursday afternoon on the Southwest Side.

The group was standing outside about 4:50 p.m. in the 6500 block of South Maplewood when a dark-vehicle drove by and someone inside opened fire, according to Chicago Police.

An 18-year-old man was shot in the left knee and left foot and was taken to Holy Cross Hospital, while another 18-year-old man was shot in the body and taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, police said. A 49-year-old woman suffered a gunshot wound to the left leg and was taken to Stroger Hospital.

All three of their conditions were stabilized, police said.

A police source said one of the men is a documented gang member.
