A 22-year-old man was shot early Saturday in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.

About 1:56 a.m., the man was shot in the arm and leg in the 6900 block of South Halsted, Chicago Police said.

He was taken in serious condition to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, police said.

Additional details were not immediately available.
