Man shot in Brighton Park

A man was shot in the Brighton Park neighborhood on the Southwest Side Monday evening.

Shortly before 7 p.m., the 21-year-old was shot in the leg in the 2400 block of West 47th Place, according to Chicago Police.

The man took himself to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in fair condition, police said.
