A woman was shot early Monday in the Washington Park neighborhood on the South Side.

The 29-year-old was sitting on a porch about 12:15 p.m. in the 200 block of East 60th Street when shots rang out and she was struck, Chicago Police said.

She suffered a graze wound to the right ankle and refused medical attention, police said.
