Two people were arrested after a break-in early Wednesday at a River North restaurant.

Officers were called about a burglary in the 0-100 block of West Huron about 1:30 a.m., police said. When they arrived they saw that the front window of a restaurant had been shattered with a rock and two males were running away.

Broken glass and merchandise could be seen scattered on the sidewalk in front of Raw, a vegan restaurant located at 51 W. Huron.

The officers pursued the two suspects and were able to arrest them and recover computer and credit card equipment that had been stolen from the restaurant, police said. Charges against them are pending.
