Man shot in Rosemoor

A man was shot in the Rosemoor neighborhood on the South SideWednesday afternoon.

The 22-year-old was involved in an altercation with a group of people about 1:05 p.m. in the 9500 block of South Calumet, according to Chicago. Someone in the group began shooting and he was struck in the back.

He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where his condition was stabilized, police said.
