Riot Fest tonight announced its first wave of bands for the Chicago festival running Sept. 11-13 at its new location in Douglas Park, 1401 S. Sacramento. The fest was recently relocated to Douglas Park following opposition and complaints from one Chicago alderman and residents of the Humboldt Park neighborhood where the festival had been held the past three years.
