Justin Chambers and Deanna Finnegan | Chicago Police

A 25-year-old man was reported missing Thursday from the Norwood Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

Justin Chambers was reported missing from the 6100 block of North Oriole Avenue, according to Chicago Police. He was last heard from when he sent his family a text message around July 16.

Chambers, described as white, 5-foot-11, 190 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes, could be with his 24-year-old girlfriend, Deanna Finnegan, police said. Finnegan had not been reported missing early Friday.

Chambers and Finnegan both have “heavily tattooed left arms,” police said. Chamber’s left shoulder tattoos read “100%” and “708.” A tattoo on his left forearm reads “Bang, Bang.”
