A man was shot Saturday evening in the Fuller Park neighborhood on the South Side.
The 18-year-old was on the street about 9 p.m. in the 4200 block of South Wells when he heard gunfire and realized he was shot, according to Chicago Police.
He was shot twice in the left leg and took himself to Mercy Hospital and Medical Center, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
