A “suspicious package” reported on a plane Sunday evening at O’Hare International Airport turned out to be trash, officials said.

Crews responded the airport at 7:10 p.m. and 140 passengers were taken off the flight, according to the Chicago Fire Department. The American Airlines flight from Raleigh, North Carolina had landed 15 minutes earlier, an airline spokeswoman said.

Investigators determined it was actually trash under a seat, fire officials said. No one was hurt.

Chicago Police didn’t have more details.
