Five juveniles set playground equipment on fire at Walker Grove School in southwest suburban Planfield Sunday.

At 5:59 p.m., officers responded to a call of a fire at 24810 W. 135th Street and successfully struck it out, according to a statement from Plainfield police.

The officers found evidence on the scene tracing the cause of the fire to five minors, police said. The children and their parents cooperated with investigators and the case remains under investigation.
