A man was shot in the Roseland neighborhood on the South Side Monday evening.

The 27-year-old was shot in the upper arm about 5:20 p.m. in the 9900 block of South Princeton, police said.

He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition stabilized.
