An 18-year-old man was wounded in a Humboldt Park neighborhood shooting late Thursday on the West Side.

The man was shot twice in the shoulder and once in the shoulder blade at 11:35 p.m. in the 2600 block of West Hirsch, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital. Police did not immediately have more information.
